it deserves its 3 stars. the standard queen room suited us: it had a heating system, multi-channel tv and a clothes rack. we stayed for 4 nights here, loved shimogyo ward district.

Kuu Kyoto - is simply one love. No doubt, it's a quiet hotel. The property is in a calm area and just walking distance from everything. We truly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Kura Kura. Staff was helpful people.
